- Role - Initiator
- User can add new proposals in proposal library.
- User from various departments can add required information and update existing proposal into library
- The initiator can send the proposal request to various department(s) as per requirements of RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.
- Role - Editor
- User can set time lines for particular proposal and can view status of the proposal
- Status updates are as Pending, WIP, Completed, etc.
- The change in status will change the versions of the documents
- Role - Approver
- Head of Department(s) can approve or reject the proposal
- If rejected the proposal would go to respective editor(s)
Tracking module
It tracks the current status of the proposal, i.e., real-time look of proposal- response status across department(s) across users with required user permission level. Some of the key functionalities are:
- Advance search option for searching proposal by name, or by date of modification, or by versioning details
