Discovery
Kairaus’ business analyst works closely with client’s process owners to understand the flow of the process. In this phase the analyst identifies the relevant processes, sub-processes, architectural structure, integration requirements, process hierarchies and other process attributes.
Modeling
When moving into process-centric business models and implementations, business rules are established for all stakeholders and at all decision points.
